I am now preparing for my trip around the etremities of Australia. I have today received approval for a One Year's Visa. My next step is to book my flights and anticipate leaving late August 2011 with a return date early May 2012.
I plan to travel using Plod my Motorhome and will need to prepare it for its long trip. I am hoping to go with my NBC Morgan friends in Australia for the first part of the trip. The start will take place in Syndey driving across The Nullarbor to Perth.
I will then leave my friends behind in Perth and start the long drive going via the following places plus many more. Carnarvon, West Australia; Broome; Tour around the Kimberley Range; Darwin, Northern Territory; down to Tennant Creek; Across to Cairns, Queensland; Townsville; Down to Longreach; Brisbane; then down to Sydney, New South Wales. I expect to do in total about 12,000 miles.

I will be in Sydney from 5 Dec till 29 Feb 2012. Staying with Liam & Zoey at their place in Coogee, Eastern Surburb of Sydney. I plan to take some trips to give them a rest from me, so our paths might cross. Contact by Mobile phone would be good. Just me taking the trip, Don passed away in March after coping with cancer for three years.
