I am now on my way up to Gayndah to visit the Citroen men Peter and Les who have a collection of over 30 Citroen’s all in top condition and what they don't know about Citroen’s is not worth knowing, they repair every thing mechanical better than new.

I stopped at Monto A3 for a spot of lunch at a picnic spot. A group of people were sitting around a camp fire with their Generator charging their battery so I decided it was a good place to charge up my computer with my generator.
Plod was going very well and plodding along just fine watching my speed very carefully. I was driving up to Mount Morgan at 3pm through a school zone. I did not realize what the time was, those horrible little men with guns flagged me down, the school zone time was 2.30 to 4.30 and I was just over the speed limit you are only allowed to travel at a maximum of 40Km/h.The copper said I could pay my fine in a Post Office or the Department of Transport. I decided to pay at the P.O but my slip did not have a bar code so I had to go to the D of T office I got to the door at 4.31. Closed at 4.30 B**** . Oh well I will go and buy Camps Book 6. Went all over three shopping centers and no book, either sold out or hadn't got a clue what I was talking about. 6pm its dark at 6.30pm so I decided to go and park up for the night in the D of T car park as they open at 8.30 lets hope I am lucky. I am only here to pay a fine.

I had no interruptions during my night stop in the D of T car park then I went to bed early.
Up early and re parked waiting for them to open. I washed Plod in the mean time, people arriving. Doors opened at 8pm I went in and sat down in the hall. A man said you have a long wait it is Wednesday and they do not open until 9.30 printed on the notice board behind the doors in very small print. I left in disgust. I was chatting to a nice young man he was waiting to go in as well, said I could pay at Sarina 4 hours away. I left foot flat to the floor arrived at 12 noon closed for lunch at 12.30 what a relief. I did some food shopping and off I went.
I did not stop to take any photo’s as I had already lost half a day flapping around. Coppers what a joke telling me to pay at a post Office. You can’t. That is what made me mad.
Filled up with Diesel and arrived at my intended night stop just north of Bowen after travelling 568 km 353 miles in Plod. The lorries are a nightmare on the roads, no consideration at all, in fact rather rude. Normally I just travel around about 80 km. South of Sarina was picturesque but no lay-bys in the right places. Good farm land with well laid out crops and the mountains in the back ground also a perfect vegetable plot nice and neat, what a picture to see.
I guess it is all in a days travelling if nothing happens wouldn't life be very dull.
